The products are not designed separately. The server, the panel and the applications are parts of the same platform and are developed to work together. The integrator learns one system and carries it into every project.
The team that builds it is the team that supports it
The team that develops the applications and the panel software and the team that provides support are in the same company. What comes in from the field goes to the people who build the product. There is no intermediary in between.

Sona products are supplied through the dealer channel. Our customer is the integrator and the automation company that builds the project. Training, technical support and the application catalog are open to our dealers.
Where we are
Sona is based in Türkiye. Its products are used at home and abroad through dealers. A dealership application can be made from any country.
The experience behind it
The team that founded Sona brought this work with them from the automation industry. Our founder is an electrical engineer and, before Sona, worked at Honeywell Türkiye and Schneider Electric Türkiye. They started in project and application engineering, then worked as a project manager and as a solution center manager. At Schneider Electric Türkiye they set up the building management and security systems division and ran it for four years. Their total experience in the industry is over twenty-five years. Sona's product decisions were built on top of that time in the field.
